Job Summary
We are looking for a Klaviyo Specialist that can help skyrocketing eCommerce clients’ revenue. You can be based anywhere in the world!
Your role is to create and edit copy for automated email sequences (aka flows or drips) and campaigns (aka broadcast or newsletter) on behalf of growing eCommerce businesses.
How you will fit into the mold: You'll help us analyze data, tell us where we need to improve and increase the total client revenue from Klaviyo.
The best part is you’ll be able to work remotely, set your own schedule, and travel as much as you like. You decide when to take breaks, and you get to plot your days off. We’re a 100% full-remote team, and you can be 100% location-independent.
All that we ask is that you are online (contactable and available for any modifications or edits) between the working window of 10 AM - 6 PM CET time, Monday to Friday.
What This Role Entails
- Respectful of deadlines: the turnaround time for each task is generally about 48 hours. You’re extremely detail-oriented. You have strong English skills (you should be able to maintain technical conversations). You’re a highly organized and gifted time manager. You thrive on self-management and taking the initiative. You have great communication skills and can explain complex problems in simple terms. You’re attentive and thorough — you need to understand what each flow or campaign hopes to accomplish.
Responsibilities
- Build flows and weekly newsletters.
- Take the creative department content and implement it on Klaviyo.
- Analyze data.
- Run A/B tests.
