Appointment Request Form
The staff of EKU Special Collections & Archives is committed to providing in-person access to materials for students, faculty, staff, and the community at times that meet their needs. To facilitate this, we are offering extended hours by appointment during the spring and fall semesters at the following times:

Monday-Thursday 5:00 p.m-8:00 p.m
Saturday 11:00 a.m-3:00 p.m.

Please give a one week notice when scheduling an appointment and 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. 

If you want to make the most of your time here, please let us know what materials you will be using, and we can have those ready when you arrive.
