This is an online form intended to satisfy the requirements of Article VIII, Section 2 of the Hudson River Sloop Clearwater's
bylaws for members nominating a candidate for the annual election of board members. This section reads, in part:
All members of the Corporation are eligible for nomination. Additional nominations may be submitted to the Committee by petition of any five members of the Board of Directors, or any thirty members of the Corporation, up until ten weeks prior to the election.
Note that I am collecting your e-mail in case I need to reach you to confirm your participation in the petition. Once you receive your confirmation, please print and sign it, scan or photograph it, and e-mail a copy to me at gwilliams@saol.us in case the board of directors requires a physical signature.
