SPECIAL DELIVERIES happen for our clients every month as another way for us to show our special friends that we are thinking about them and that they are not forgotten.  It is also a way for the community to get involved in the mission of sharing kindness with those that are often left behind and showing love in a tangible way to those in need.  We invite you to join us in this mission and help us deliver these special gifts to our clients. 

Special Delivery pick is from 9:45 am - 10:30 am on Friday, July 14th at the Meals on Wheels kitchen located at 2250 US Hwy 501 East, Conway in the Food Lion Plaza located at the corner of 501 and Singleton Ridge Road.  

You will receive a copy of your responses to this form immediately after you submit it.  Please save for your records.
