Overall, the application includes many short-answer or multiple choice questions, and three open-ended responses. Each open-ended response should be a length of 200-600 words or 2-5 minutes of audio/video. If you prefer the latter option, there are instructions for uploading audio/video files for each open-ended question.  The open-ended responses will be evaluated using the rubric here: https://accessnetwork.org/core-organizer-application/#how-assessed
