This form is for the CPCP Registration for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
IMPORTANT DATE INFORMATION
PRE Registration (current CPCP families, Alumni, and CPC Members) - fill out form starting 1/8/24 at 8:45 am through 1/19/24 at 3:30 pm.
Open Registration - Open to new families starting 1/22/24 at 8:45 am.
All forms will be honored by the timestamp when submitted. Forms submitted early will not be accepted.
Please complete all fields to sign your child up for preschool at Clifton Presbyterian Church Preschool.
**YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOUR $90.00 REGISTRATION FEE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.**
(Timely payments can be made by check (to CPCP), cash, or via Zelle - using preschool@cliftonpc.org).
New applicants must provide a photocopy of their child's birth certificate.
Please complete form accurately. Birthdate, email address, class choices, etc. are all based on form data. If it is completed incorrectly, this may void your application.
**AS OF 1/22, if you submit a registration form, you are joining a waitlist for all 3's and PreK classes. We still have spots in our 2 1/2 year old programs. Please do not submit payment until you are taken off waitlist.
