Please complete this form if you wish your child to attend BAT Club for Spring 1 term . We would ask everyone to complete this form for our safeguarding records, even if you were signed up before.

Once you have filled out the form you will receive a confirmation email from batclub@bpsmat.org. If you have not received a email to confirm, please call the school office as we need to confirm the availability for the day/days which you have requested.

Remember that you are signing-up for the whole term and you will be charged for this in advance.
All payments are made through your MCAS account.
