Caddo Public Schools is making every effort to ensure that every student at Caddo Virtual Academy has the technology necessary to work online from home.  Devices are limited, so only make the request if a device is needed.  Once the device request has been approved, you will need to sign the Device Loaner Agreement.

Once the electronic device is loaned to the student, it is the student's responsibility to take care of the device.  If the device is lost, stolen, or damaged (even accidentally), the parent and/or student will be responsible for damages or device replacement.  Damages may cost up to $640.00 per unit.
