Farmington Municipal Schools, in continuous improvement efforts, value the feedback and input from stakeholders around current systems and processes.  Below is a survey to help gather input to celebrate successes and strengthen current systems. This survey serves as a full system review.  Farmington Schools is committed to providing a safe, supportive and collaborative culture, effective teaching in every classroom, a guaranteed and viable curriculum and a standards referenced system.  Thank you in advance for completing the survey, we believe in  "Rising to Excellence in Every Pursuit", and this is one avenue we use to gather data to make that happen for every student.
