Lammermuir Festival Community Opera
Dear parent/carer,
We are delighted to welcome your child into the Children's Chorus for the Lammermuir Festival 2023 Community Opera, 'Catriona and the Dragon'.
The Plot: Queen Catriona is the reluctant ruler of the Kingdom of Beagland, terrorised by a fearsome dragon who lives beyond the Bridge to Nowhere. Fleeing from her responsibilities to help her people to confront the ice and fires, famines and earthquakes which the dragon is unleashing, she runs from the court and her courtiers back to school where her classmates have some surprises in store for her…..Will Catriona have the courage to go over the Bridge? What will she find there?
Project Schedule
Note: all rehearsals will be in Dunbar unless otherwise indicated - we would like you to make as any rehearsals as you can, but let us know if there are any which are problematic for you by emailing sue@lammermuirfestival.co.uk or write below where indicated

- Monday April 3rd (10am - 5pm)
- Tuesday April 4th (10am - 5pm)
- Wednesday April 5th, 2pm rehearsal, with performances at 4pm and 7.15pm
