Dealing with issues in a neighborhood takes time and effort from our residents as well as from our committee and board resident volunteers.
By filling out this form, (https://forms.gle/qjJMi6gad8dBDH8t7) you create an entry in a database that can be used to track the frequency of problems. If you kept records of past issues that you'd like to log, please do so. Log each incident separately.
The data will be used to create reports. The reports will not include personal information about who reported it or who was involved. Here's an example of a report that might appear in the newsletter based on neighbors reporting issues.
- (example) During May, there were 20 neighbors who reported delayed garbage pickup and 10 of them reported it to Republic.
We collect your name and contact information to make it easier for committee chairs to get back to you, if needed. You can report anonymously if you prefer.
