This is a curated event hosted by A People Party Productions, Do It Your Selfie, & 3310 Connections featuring an array of handcrafted items such as jewelry, apothecary, apparel, accessories, home goods, woodwork, artful goods, + more! Below is the agreement form to help make this the best experience for everyone!

Applicants are accepted based on quality, versatility, and space availability. All participating vendors must complete and submit this Vendor Agreement Form within three days of being accepted along with your booth fee paid. *

I have read the FAQs online. *
I understand that the Block Party hosts are not responsible for weather conditions or any unforeseen environmental conditions, and that the event will not be canceled due to weather unless stated by our team management in which case booth fees will be applied to a later date. If there is no later date, 50% of the booth fees will be reimbursed and 50% will go toward the time invested in all promotions and management leading up to the event. *
I am committed to promoting this event through all my social media platforms at least once a week leading up to the event using graphics and links provided with the APPP Promo Kit I will receive in an email. *

VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING
1. I have reviewed all  Vendor FAQs online.
2. I understand the cancellation policy for this event.
3. I understand the protocol if the weather causes the event to be cancelled or reschedule.
3. I understand booths do NOT include tables or chairs unless it was specified.
4. Should you have access to power, vendors should be prepared to bring your own extra extension cords and a way to secure any loose cords down for safety.
5. Vendors are responsible for making all transactions accessible to all customers whether by electronic transactions or having sufficient change the day of the event.
6. Vendors are responsible for all sales tax.
7. Vendors are required to operate for the entire duration of the event unless it is an emergency. No early tear down whatsoever.
8. We and all participating vendors agree to operate with honesty, integrity, and courtesy toward all participating vendors, the venue, event management, and all guests.
9. Vendors agree to respect the property of the venue, and could be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the event that the following is not observed:
10. No physical changes to the property such as nailing, painting, writing, or gluing on posts, walls, windows, or any other property of the venue.
11. Before leaving the event your booth area must be left clean and in its original state.

PARKING & UNLOADING *
You are welcome to find the closest parking to unload.  BEFORE YOU BEIGN SETTING UP, your vehicle MUST be moved to parking furthest from the venue to allow closer parking for our shopping guests.

CHECK-IN *
All vendors must have their location approved by us before beginning set-up to ensure you are in the right location.  All booths must be set-up and ready to operate by 10:45am. We do not want to see vendors creating traffic jams as people begin to arrive. All walkways must be cleared and ready for our shoppers.

SAFETY PROCEDURES
Event management and hosts are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merch/personal belongings due to weather, accident, or any other random disaster. APPP nor event hosts are responsible for any injuries that may occur throughout the event due to vendor booths, set-up, tear-down, the venue, food vendors, or any other event element. To help create a safe environment we ask that all participants:
1. Keep all tables, chairs, and booth set-ups cleared from foot traffic.
2. Keep any cords taped down.
3. Insure all heavy items are secured safely from tipping over or falling.
4. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

INDEMNITY. APPP, DO IT YOUR SELFIE, AND 3310 CONNECTIONS IS PROVIDING THE EVENT, PROMOTIONS, AND BOOTH SPACE TO THE VENDOR “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE VENDOR AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS A PEOPLE PARTY PRODUCTIONS, AND ALL IT’S PERSONNEL FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM THE APPP VENDOR’S BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT AND/OR THE APPP VENDOR’S NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT. *
