1. I have reviewed all Vendor FAQs online.
2. I understand the cancellation policy for this event.
3. I understand the protocol if the weather causes the event to be cancelled or reschedule.
3. I understand booths do NOT include tables or chairs unless it was specified.
4. Should you have access to power, vendors should be prepared to bring your own extra extension cords and a way to secure any loose cords down for safety.
5. Vendors are responsible for making all transactions accessible to all customers whether by electronic transactions or having sufficient change the day of the event.
6. Vendors are responsible for all sales tax.
7. Vendors are required to operate for the entire duration of the event unless it is an emergency. No early tear down whatsoever.
8. We and all participating vendors agree to operate with honesty, integrity, and courtesy toward all participating vendors, the venue, event management, and all guests.
9. Vendors agree to respect the property of the venue, and could be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the event that the following is not observed:
10. No physical changes to the property such as nailing, painting, writing, or gluing on posts, walls, windows, or any other property of the venue.
11. Before leaving the event your booth area must be left clean and in its original state.
