Mt. Hood Volleyball Club - High School Try-Out Prep Camp

Mt.Hood's High School Prep camp is for all high school aged students. Ran by our staff who coach at local high schools. Our camp will teach athletes the skills needed when trying out for their high school team. We will go over volleyball skills, as well as common fast paced drills athletes will be expected to know. We will do positional work as well as athletic movement training
