We're actively looking for a Sales Executive to come work with us, whose primary role is to interact with the customers, build a relationship, process bookings and solve all their problems.

🌻 Job Role:
- Respond to all calls/messages from the customers regarding new enquiries, new bookings & existing bookings.
- Co-ordinate with the customers for any questions or queries about the property & their booking.
- Manage Bookings Calendar: No. of guests per day, accommodation allotments, availabilities, extra guests details, etc.
- Answer/Respond to all bookings-related queries & enquiries on the official website
- Manage all extra requirements from the customers (cakes, decorations, meal preferances, etc.)
- Manage Billings of customers checking out of the property and maintain a document of all details
- Maintain healthy relationships with the prospective & existing customers

This job role will be a mix of work-from-office & work-from-home. Based on performance, we will mutually take a call on the same.

🌻 Job Requirements:
- Education qualification: UG in any specialisation
- Proficient in English (oral & written), Hindi & Marathi
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic understanding of MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
- Experience: 0-2 Years

🌻 Job Salary:

Fixed: Rs. 15,000/- per month

Variable: Rs. 6,000/- per month (performance based, after 1 month of joining)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm
Probation Period: 1 month
Notice Period: 1 month

🌻 Office Location:

Currently Warje, will move to Pashan/Bavdhan soon
