Filling out this form is the first step to joining us for a weekend away at Raukawa Outdoor Education Centre. This registration will take about 5 minutes per family member (a family of 3 will take 15 minutes). Take your time to read through the questions carefully before answering.

Please be aware that filling in this registration form does not guarantee your families enrollment to our next camp. Families are selected to attend based on their answers to the 'Your Y' section of this form and police vetting results. After submitting this form we will contact you with further information regarding your application.
