- By registering in this Package, I do release and forever discharge Masjid Alsalam (Champions) and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, volunteers, agents and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual capacities from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, whether direct or indirect or consequential, which I have or ever had or may in the future have against Masjid Alsalam (Champions) or any of the Released Parties arising out of or relating to this Package.
- By registering in this Package, I do understand that there is a $500 nonrefundable deposit per person to be paid to AMAX Travel (AMAX) to save your seats. I, also, do understand that fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-creditable against other fees payable in connection with this trip.
- No Credit card payment will be accepted for this trip. This is by AMAX.
- Full payment must be paid by Friday, January 26th, 2024. No refund is allowed after this due date.
- By registering for this Package, I do understand that my passport and my family passports who are traveling with me should be valid until the end of September 2024 (6 months from the Umrah date). If not, you have to expediate renewal of the expiring passports.
- In preparation for your Saudi Arabia tourist e-visa application, please provide the following once you pay the deposit: One passport size picture with white background and a scanned copy of your passport. Please email this to AMAX agent.
- By registering for this Package, I do understand that last-minute travel changes can happen due to flight cancellations, delays, or any travel-related inconveniences. I am willing to work with the travel agency (AMAX) to find the best accommodation available.
- Complimentary Ihraam for men and prayer rug for women will be provided by AMAX.
