Sign up sheet and consent for a lunchtime club

School Group: CHALFONT ST GILES JUNIOR SCHOOL –All years

We are delighted to be able to offer all years  a lunchtime Lego Club on Wednesday lunchtime in the Summer term.

The sessions will run from Wednesday 11th May to Wednesday 6th July and will be led by Mrs Quainton.
 
The club will run from 12.20-12.50pm in Ash class and is free of charge.

There are a maximum of 15 places available and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

All Lego will be provided from school and we would ask that children do not bring their own Lego in. Thank you.

We will contact you to confirm if your child has a place.
