Summer Camp 2023 Registration

DESCRIPTION: Beach Elite was voted Best Volleyball Camp by Parenting OC's 2022 - 20th Annual Reader's Choice Awards. Beach volleyball camps hosted by the most fun and professional volleyball club around! This is our 6th year of hosting these ever popular camps in Coastal Southern California. We have 12 courts staffed with professional trained coaches and instructors. Camps are designed for girls and boys ages 6-18, beginner to advanced players. We teach competitive 2 on 2 beach volleyball for all age groups. Camps consist of warm ups, skills training and demonstration as well as drills and scrimmmages. Players are separated by skill level with about a coaches ratio of 10:1. All campers receive an official Beach Elite shirt, visor and backpack.

WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM / CAMP POLICIES *
In consideration of participation with Beach Elite Volleyball Club, known hereafter as“Program”, I (We), the undersigned, recognize, agree and acknowledge as follows: (1) Participation in the Program is voluntary; (2) To the attached Code of Conduct, (3) The participant is in good health, physically able to participate in the program without restrictions and has no medical condition that would or may cause participation to be potentially hazardous to his or her health, (4) Failure to disclose a medical condition could terminate participation; (5) There is a real possibility that participant could be seriously injured while participating in the Program; (6) Participant assumes all risks associated with participation in the Program. Participant acknowledges the inherent and potential dangers of participating and expressly waives and voluntarily assumes all risk of personal injury or death which may be sustained while participating. I (WE) RECOGNIZE THAT REGISTRATION IN THE PROGRAM IS DANGEROUS AND CONTAINS RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY DEATH, DISABILITY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS (“DAMAGES”). I ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS associated with my or my child’s participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, strenuous physical activity or exertion; striking or being struck, by objects or persons; slipping; and exposure to heat, cold or humidity. Such risk may result in injuries that include, but are not limited to: sprain, strain or tear of muscles or ligaments; fracture or dislocation of joints or bones; head or facial injuries; spinal cord or internal injuries. I know that the risks, hazards and dangers include, but are not limited to, falling, slipping, colliding with other users, staff or spectators. I understand that these risks, hazards and dangers are further increased when other persons, whether or not of the same level of experience, are present at the same time and/or using the same facilities. ALL SUCH RISKS ARE KNOWN AND APPRECIATED By ME. I hereby, for myself, my child, heirs, or anyone who might claim on my or my child’s behalf, agree not to bring any claim, and waive, release and forever discharge Beach Elite Volleyball Club, and all of their officers, agents, and employees from any and all duty to me, my child and/or liability for damages arising out of or in the course of my child’s participation in the Program, including all liability for any active or passive negligence by Beach Elite Volleyball Club and/or their officers, agents and employees. This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. I waive and voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury which may be sustained while participating. The laws of the State of California shall govern this agreement. The undersigned, hereby acknowledged to be lawful parent(s) and/or guardian(s) of the participant, acknowledge(s) my/ our qualifications to sign the Release on behalf of the participant. PHOTO RELEASE I understand that from time to time Program representatives may photograph activities of the club programs and participants. By signing this form, I authorize Beach Elite Volleyball Club to use or publish any photographs taken by the Program showing my participation or my child/children’s to promote the club on the Program’s web site, and/or flyers and other marketing materials. REFUNDS: I understand there are absolutely no refunds for Summer Camps. No exceptions. DROP OFF/PICK UP: I will be early or on time to pick up and drop off my child each day at camp.

AGES: Boys and girls 6-18 years old

LEVELS: Beginner to Advanced (players separated by level. We have a lot of courts and coaches. We place higher level coaches with higher level players)

FRIDAY TOURNAMENTS (optional): Every Friday we host an AVP youth tournament (Aloha Friday Tournament Series) where players from all over the country come play for medals, prizes and AVP points. These typically start at 8am and go till about 2-3pm. All tournament players get free pizza as well! Our weekly Beach Elite campers that have some experience are welcome to play in these tournaments in lieu of the Friday camp day (which consists of games and scrimmages). The tournament is at the same Brookhurst Street location as camp but on different courts.For those that want to participate in the Aloha Friday Tournament Series instead of a normal camp daywill need to sign up for the tournament separately from camp (additional $40 per team which is 2 players)!To register for a tournament CLICK HERE and use promocode BEACH23.

WHAT TO BRING: Water Bottle, Snacks, Lunch (for all day players). We provide sunscreen SPF 50 and encourage kids to apply it often. We provide a water jug to refill water.

SAND SOCKS:For hot days we recommend sand socks to protect your child’s feet. CLICK HERE to purchase a pair (while supplies last)! Socks can be picked up on first day of camp

REFUNDS:Afternoon camps are subject to cancellation if we do not have enough campers registered for the class. If this happens we will refund the afternoon portion. Other than a class cancelling there will be no refunds whatsoever for camp.

COLLEGE PREP CAMP INFORMATION 3 Days Camps

9am-11:30am, Wednesday-Friday

WHO: Boys and Girls, For Rising 9th grades to 12 Grade

COST: $250 per session (includes AVP tournament, Beach Elite T Shirt, Visor and drawstring backpack)

DESCRIPTION: Professional beach volleyball training by collegiate coaches. Includes skills and drills, in depth strategy sessions, scrimmages and an all day AVP tournament on Friday with college coaching. 1 coach per 2 teams. Private training sessions are available after camps. Hotel discounts are also available for out of town players. Bring a friend and get trained together or we will match you up with a partner. All players will recieve Beach Elite T shirt, Visor and drawstring backpack. All players will need to purchase an AVP silver membership to participate in the AVP tournament ($20)

You can either register on our website or through Google Forms.

Click REGISTER below, fill out the form and click REGISTER and then scroll back up and look at the top right of the page to see a white bar with your camp and click on it to check out. If registering more than one child make sure to change the Quantity prior to registering and then include additonal names in the section provided in the registration form.
