WHOLESALE BAKING RELATED PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS: please list no more than 5 industry related positions. Be sure to include "Organization, Position/Title & Dates of Employment" per listing.

SUPPORTING LETTERS: Letters from one ore more industry individuals whose names and affiliation (supervisor, co-worker, vendor, client, etc.) are listed below.

Supporting letters should be emailed to jevoniuk@asbe.org with the subject line "ASB Rising Bakers Nomination Material for [Insert nominee name]" by the nomination deadline. All letters must be provided in a universally accepted electronic format of either a PDF or DOCX.
