Tennessee Smokies vacation rental owners using OwnerRez who meet the requirements listed below, and wish to join the "Smoky Mountain Cabins By Owner" directory website (www.smokymountaincabinsbyowner.com) should complete this application form.

 ■■IMPORTANT ■■ YOU NEED TO COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH PROPERTY■■

1. We accept properties located in these Tennessee counties: Sevier, Blount, and Cocke
2. Properties must be owner-managed.
3. OwnerRez must be implemented on your own website for direct booking of your vacation rental.
4. Properties will not be accepted which reference an OTA on their website or have links to an OTA (Vrbo, Airbnb, etc.) as a booking option. The premise of SMCBO is to promote properties that may be booked direct without service/booking fees.
5. Properties must have at least 5 reviews and an average rating of 4.5 stars or higher.
6. Membership is $5 per owner, per year.
7. Have a mutual referral page on your website which contains the shared properties widget. (Instructions will be given for this.)
