During our 80th anniversary initiative to teach 100,000 youth to fish, the IGFA created the Passports to Fishing program as our main hands-on educational program to reach youth around the world. These “fishing clinics in a box” are equipped with everything needed to conduct an angling education event for youth and their families including educational curriculum, station signage, education station materials, rods and reels, starter tackle, and more.
If you are interested in bringing a Passports to Fishing kit to your community, please complete the questions below to apply for your “fishing clinic in a box”.
Please note: Passports to Fishing kits are limited each year and are meant to be used to host multiple angling education events throughout the year and not just for one-time events. All materials including the rods and reels are to remain with the kit. This application does not guarantee a kit as all applications will be reviewed by the IGFA.
