Planning an offsite reading, reception, or other event in Tucson during ALTA46 from November 8-11, 2023? We'll be glad to list it in the ALTA46 schedule to help guide fellow attendees to your event!

Please keep in mind that our program book is edited, designed, and printed in the summer. That's why the deadline to include an offsite event in the program book is August 1. After that, ALTA will not be able to list your event in the program book.

Please note that ALTA is not able to provide organizational support for your event. ALTA does not sponsor offsite events; please do not include ALTA or ALTA46 in the event title. ALTA reserves the right not to publicize events that overlap with our major programming, including but not limited to:

-Reading at the Poetry Center, Thursday, Nov. 9, 7-8pm

-Keynote address, Friday, Nov. 10, 3:30-4:45pm

-ALTA Travel Fellows Reading, Saturday, Nov. 11, 3:30-4:30pm

-ALTA Awards Ceremony, Saturday, Nov. 11, 4:30-6pm

-Staged Reading and Talkback at the Scoundrel & Scamp Theater, Saturday, Nov. 11, 7:30-9:30pm
