Qualification - The
tournament is open to all players who have played a minimum of 4 matches
including both league and handicap cup matches before the date of the
tournament. Cadets and Juniors just starting to play only need to be a member
of a league club to enter.
Doubles Partners - Players that have
agreed to partner someone in a doubles event should enter their partner's name
below. If you don't have a partner, we will find one for you. If you make
arrangements with a partner after completing the form, notify us by emailing
