IMPROV FUNdaMENTALS- the art of making up stuff
Improvisation is a playful, spontaneous, creative and mostly funny form of theatre.
This workshop is for teens who…
* want to practice being creative on the spot, while working in collaboration with others,
* want to learn how to express clearly and freely,
* feel that magical space in their head that is waiting to pop out,
* want to play, giggle themselves silly and at the same time learn about themselves.

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) through theatre is the core approach of Third Space Collective. Our methods draw from the creative field of performance arts and drama in education. This allows learners to understand how these characters act and their reasons for doing so. Our processes place the child at the centre of their inquiries, where learners adopt many roles themselves to explore and perform.
