Session Package Application
You are applying for a package of full, 60-minute sessions. These sessions will utilize any combination of my skills, including but not limited to: intuitive reading, channeling, coaching, spiritual counseling, hypno-healing, etc. Each session will likely be different as you evolve.

Please note that you will be asked for your complete birth information, including time and city of birth. Please do not guess on this, rather have confirmed this information (by birth certificate) before submitting.

After this application is reviewed, you will be emailed. You may have the opportunity to book a discovery call with me to see if it is a fit for us to work together in this program.
