NO TRADE STALLS TO ARRIVE BEFORE MIDDAY ON FRI 19th JULY (unless with prior arrangement with the Rally organisers).  EARLY ARRIVALS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
TRADE STANDS MUST BE IN PLACE BY 10AM.
All traders must be in possession of current Public Liability Insurance Cover of at least £2,000,000, a copy of which must be forwarded to the Vintage Rally and must be produced on the day of the rally, if requested.  Copy to be emailed to tradestands@vintagerally.co.uk or sent to the address below with payment.
TRADE STANDS:
£50 per day for stalls under 20ft and £75 per day for stalls over 20ft
FOOD CONCESSIONS:
£100 per day.
Payments must be received by 1 June 2024 at the latest and are non-refundable.  Applications will not be accepted without payment.  
Cheques should be made payable to: SILLOTH VINTAGE RALLY LTD and sent to the address below.   Payment can also be made by BACS on request.

FREE CAMPING ON THE GREEN FOR TRADERS/EXHIBITORS ONLY.  TICK IF REQUIRED.
