To help us prepare for potential reopening of the school for Years R, 1 and 6, it would be very helpful if you could give us some indication as to whether your child will be returning to school when we are able to safely support this.  Please don't worry if you are undecided at this point or if you change your mind at a later date, this is just for us to get an initial idea of likely attendance.  Please complete this form by Tuesday 19th May at 12pm.  Only parents of children in years R, 1 and 6 need to complete this.
