Dear Students Please fill out the following form as your first step to applying to be a mentor in the TLDC Student Mentorship Programme. Once reviewed an email will be sent to you to confirm your appointment.
Please note you have to be a registered student of MUT in 2023 second semester to qualify and to apply.
