4. Does your child have access to a laptop/tablet at home? *

6. Are you or someone in your household classified as a Key Worker? This information will be important should a local lockdown be enforced. Please note you will need to provide details of your employer to access key worker provision from the College. *
7. Does your child or anyone in your household have a health condition that previously required them to shield ( extremely clinically vulnerable) or take additional precautions in relation to Covid-19 (i.e. clinically vulnerable)? If Yes, give details *
8. As part of the College reopening we will only be able to provide packed lunches for pupils. This will contain a baguette, bottle of water, baked snack and piece of fruit. Please select the choice of filling your child would like for their baguette. This choice can be updated after 2 weeks. Students not on free school meals must have money loaded on their card via ParentPay - money cannot be added in school. Students cannot bring in their own packed lunch as this goes against the COVID-19 Policy. *
