Thank you for your expression of interest to host a Mumma’s Online Market stall at the 2021 MOPS Australia Every Mum Conference, connecting women from Australia, New Zealand & Vietnam.

MOPS Australia exists to encourage and equip mums of young children to realise their potential as mothers, women and leaders in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the local church.

In support of this mission statement, we are providing a dedicated platform for mothers of any age or stage to showcase their products and services at the Every Mum Conference through the Mumma’s Online Market virtual exhibition hall.

Below you will find all the relevant information regarding the event including terms & conditions, how to apply, and how to have your booking confirmed. Please read through carefully and submit all the relevant information to have your applicatoin considered. Event Date: Saturday 16 October 2021
                    (with Cvent Conference Hub active from 11 October 2021 - 14 January 2022)

Event Time: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Eastern Daylight Savings Time) - you can be present on the day to engage with visitors to the booth, or set up your site with images and links to direct customers to your products/services.

Set-up: Successful exhibitors will be sent a registration link to set up their online booth - exhibitors can upload images and/or documents, add links to websites, social media, and to your products/services. Cvent make it very easy with a set-by-step checklist process for everything you need to build an exhibitor site. Exhitors are responsible for uploading all their own content. Exhibitors are asked to have built their online booth by Friday 1 October 2021.

Costs: Online booths are $10.00 each. Conference tickets, with content available online for 90 days, are offered to stall holders at a discounted rate of $25.00. *Sponsorship opportunities are available with financial or in-kind support, such as small items for welcome bags in return for Sponsorship Benefits. Please email info@mops.org.au to discuss partnership opportunities. This is purely optional.

Please respond with all details required by Friday 20 August 2021. Applications will close on this date, and successful applicants will be offered a place at the online market by Friday 27 August. Offers must be accepted and payment arrangements made by Friday 3 September to confirm your place. You will then be sent a registration link to log in & create your online booth, which is to be ready by Friday 1 October.
* Please note, places may be offered to our waiting list if arrangements have not been made by this date.
* Please note that the application process aim to ensure we offer a varied exhibition hall to our delegates and will only accept a certain number of booths offering the same or similar products. Applications will be assessed on a “first in - best dressed” basis.
