2022 ADT Retreat Application
Please complete and submit this form to reserve lodging at the retreat.

The Academy of Distinguished Teachers' biennial retreat will be September 23-25 (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch) at Ruttger's Bay Lake Lodge in Deerwood, Minnesota. Space is limited. Registration priority will be given to those who are actively teaching or contributing in another way to the U's education mission, and will also be based on achieving a balance of participation from campuses and colleges. If you have questions, please contact Chris Bremer at breme006@umn.edu or 612-226-9476.

Please list the courses you are teaching this academic year, and also any other activity or service work you are doing that contributes to the educational mission of the U.
We anticipate that discussions at the retreat will indicate situations in which ADT members could take the lead on their campuses in research, outreach, or suggesting policy changes to improve teaching. We will establish groups to do follow-on work on various retreat topics, with the work group members establishing their exact focus. We will invite ADT members not at the retreat to join the work groups, also.  We do not expect anyone to be in more than one work group, and will use the information you provide here simply to gauge relative interest in topics. Which of the following areas are of greatest interest to you? (Check all that apply)
Are you interested in carpooling?
Carpool groups may wish to arrange to use a University fleet vehicle. Please note that if you are bringing family members, they may not ride in University-owned vehicles due to insurance restrictions.
