Please type in the following information to request space for pioneer. Space is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation by email.
Please review the following guidelines and expectations before reserving space for your Pioneer group:
- Groups must send at least one leader with every Pioneer group that stays on site for the week.
- Minimum five youth campers to qualify as a Pioneer group.
- Pioneer time is required twice over the course of the week.
- All campers must be registered by May 1st. Any remaining spots will cause a forfeiture of deposit and be released on May 2nd.
Pioneer Pricing:
- Camper: $646 (applicable to Alpha, Omega, Alliance, Teen Night Owl and Night Owl)
- Primary Leader: $50
- Additional Leaders are $50 per leader. Please aim for a ratio of no more than one leader per 10 campers. We only require one leader to be on site per pioneer group.
Please note, you will be asked for a Church Contact and a Primary Leader in this form. NOTE: Your primary leader may also be the church contact if they are who we should communicate with for the entire registration through invoicing process. The church contact will be who we expect to receive updated information from, who we will send invoices to and who we will be in communication with.
