Our Mission:

Named after Yaa Asantewaa, Ghanaian feminist heroine and warrior, Yielding Accomplished African Women (Yaa W.) is an organization with an objective to transform the professional lives of young women across Ghana through targeted initiatives in finance or technology, mentorship, and leadership development. We hope to bridge the gap between male and female Ghanaian professionals in order to enhance Ghana’s overall economic productivity, improve development outcomes for the next generation of women, and make institutions and policies more representative.
