This Business Diagnostic Tool is designed to help you identify areas of your business that need improving, as well as identify knowledge gaps you may have. This is geared towards understanding where you need help the most.

To build a strong, profitable and sustainable business you need to have structure, systems and processes that cover all areas of your business including: management; business planning and operations; sales and marketing; digital engagement; staffing and recruitment; and finances.

You also need to understand what your priorities are: what are the things you need to know and do now, and then in 3, 6, 12 months and beyond – to achieve your business goals.
