* For US orders: all books will be shipped Priority Mail or Media Mail -- your choice. For all U.S. orders, priority mail takes 2- 3 business days and comes with tracking and insurance. Media mail takes 5-9 business days and does not include insurance. 

* For International orders: all International orders will be shipped either priority mail or first class, not media mail. We cannot ship media mail internationally due to customs. It can take anywhere from 4-14 business days, depending on your country. ALSO, THIS IS IMPORTANT: International shipping is VERY expensive. Depending on country, it could cost anywhere from $20-$60 US dollars to ship. Please make sure you are okay with the shipping charges before ordering! If you cannot afford the shipping, let me know and I will be happy to send you some signed swag instead! :)

* The author, Kim Chance, is NOT held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged mail. You will have to file a claim with the post office. International: In the event that a package is returned due to it not being claimed, an additional shipping cost is required in order to re-ship the package. No refunds will be granted as the book was ordered, signed, shipped and reached its destination. It is your responsibility to keep track of your package and claim it. Once the package leaves the United States, I no longer have any control over it.

* All tracking information will be sent to the PayPal email address used to place your order. If you do not have PayPal and used a credit/debit card to check out, the email address put down will be the one all the information will be sent to. All packages will be shipped to the mailing address used on your PayPal account or at check out. Please make sure to update your shipping information. If your address differs from the one on your PayPal account/Invoice, please email kim@kimchance.com immediately so that I can update my records.

* US Prices: $20 (includes media mail shipping) OR $26 (includes priority shipping); international prices vary!
