Please use this application to apply for the forth cohort of The Policy Center for Maternal Mental Health's Government Agency Maternal Mental Health Policy Fellows.

The aim of the Government Agency Fellows program is to assist leaders in Medicaid, behavioral/mental health, and public health departments in closing gaps in maternal mental health. You can learn more about the program here: https://www.2020mom.org/government-agency-fellows

The program is open to government agency leaders in state Medicaid departments, behavioral/mental health departments, and state or county departments of public health. Priority will be given to states who have not yet gone through our Government Agency Fellows Program. Each organization must have two Fellows (from the same agency) participating in the program. Both applicants should individually complete this form, naming their co-applicant where directed.

A letter of support from Department leadership is required for each applicant. Please email your letter of support to stacey.porter@policycentermmh.org when completing this application.

Government Agency Policy Fellows meetings will be held monthly on the second Tuesday of each month from 10:30am-12:00pm PT / 1:30pm-3:00pm ET beginning in July 2024. Attendance and contributions to discussions are expected from our participants.

Applications for the 2024-2025 cohort will be taken until 12 noon Eastern time on Friday, May 24, 2024. Applicants will be notified of status the week of June 3rd, 2024.
