Hello Bands and Talent! Please fill out this form to be considered to perform at the May 4th, 2024 Adams Morgan PorchFest! Please note our rain date of May 18th, 2024!

Important Notes:

- Admo Porchfest will take place on Saturday, May 4th, 2024, from 2-6pm. The rain date is May 18th, 2024.
- This is not a paid gig.
- You will be expected to play a 45 minute set.
- You are responsible for bringing all the equipment you need (including PA gear). Once bands are matched up with porches (Hosts), we will email that group so you will be able to communicate among yourselves -- some bands/porches have been able to work out gear sharing arrangements in the past, but that is up to you to work out.
- Set times are 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, and 5pm. There could be some variation to this schedule, please note your set times as indicated in the match email.

- Bands to be notified by April 12, 2024.
- Please tag all pictures and video clips on social media with @admobid and #admoporchfest.

IMPORTANT: By filling out and submitting this form, you are committing to play at this year's PorchFest. This is not a binding contract, but please be considerate and let us know ASAP if your interest/availability changes.
