A Matter of Balance at Senior Citizens
Do you have CONCERNS ABOUT FALLING? This face to face program emphasizes practical strategies to manage falls. Register and learn to view falls as controllable; set goals to increase activity; make changes to reduce fall risk at home; exercise to increase strength and balance.
Classes will be taught by Su Ling Bournavil and Christina Swallows.
Class dates: November 15, 17, 22, 29; and December 1, 6, 8, and 15.
