This survey has been set by Katherine Rusbridge on behalf of the committee for the members of the Farnborough and District Branch of Parkinson’s UK.

During the Coronavirus lockdown and possibly for some months to come, we are unable to run any of our usual activities and we need to explore other possible ways of supporting our members. We are also taking the opportunity to ask you for any top tips, bright ideas etc that we could then share with others or concerns that we might be able to help with or at least pass on to an appropriate body.

The results of the survey will only be visible on-line to Katherine and she will share them with other members of the committee.

We are hoping to use the Facebook group to hold some sort of branch meetings. We may though have to experiment with other ways of doing this.
