Summer School Transportation Request
Please complete this form if your child will be or has signed up for the 2025 Summer School Program 

This year’s Summer School will be held at Westfield Elementary School and will run from Monday, June 9 - Friday, June 27 from 8am to 12pm.  To contact the school office, please call 608-296-2141 Ext. 2022. Breakfast and lunch will be served and are FREE to all students. 

Busing is also available for the below STOPS only. Door to door busing is NOT available. Students must be at these elementary school stops at the designated pickup time to receive busing.

  • Neshkoro pick-up is at 7:20 am, and drop-off is at approximately 12:45 pm. At the elementary schools
  • Coloma and Oxford pick-up is at 7:30 am, drop off is approximately 12:30 pm. At the elementary schools

ALL summer school students should complete this form to identify if your child will using busing, parent pickup or walking during summer school.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER SCHOOL IS REQUIRED. THIS IS ONLY A TRANSPORTATION REQUESTS.
