Thank you for joining a community of people who are taking the next step towards maximizing the beneficial relationship between our community and water.

This application process helps us to better understand who you are, where you are in your technical skill learning path, and how you need support so we can determine if we are the best community to serve you. This will take you between 10-20 mins to complete. In order to be considered for the program, you need to complete the entire application by pressing submit at the end.

You do not need to have the perfect answers to these questions; they are designed to help tease out the powerful vision that we know exists in you.

We strongly encourage applicants from historically marginalized, BIPOC, and under-represented communities to apply.

Participant Requirements:

- Be age 18+

- Be willing to work both independently and collaboratively as part of an anti-racist team.

- Be comfortable around people of all ages, identities, cultures, and abilities.

- Commit to approximately 150 hours of training and stewardship work, over a 17-week period.

- Able to navigate uneven farm terrain and work on your knees in the garden for extended periods of time, with regular breaks. (20%+ of our stewardship activity is performed on uneven challenging/terrane)

- Able to stand or be seated outdoors for extended periods of time.

- Able to lift or operate garden/yard tools
