2 Fee for Marks Card Rs. 250/-
3 Examination Fee          --    For B.Sc (N) & PB B.Sc (N) Rs. 450/- per paper
                                                     For M.Sc (N)                        Rs. 1750/- per paper
4 Provisional Certificate –   For IV B.Sc Nursing
                                                     & II PBBSc(N)                              Rs. 500/-
                                                      For II M.Sc (N)                         Rs.750/-
5 Convocation Fee           –   For IV B.Sc Nursing
                                                      & II PBBSc(N)                             Rs. 2000/-
                                                      For II M.Sc (N)                         Rs.3000/-
6     Dissertation Fee            --     For II M.Sc (N)                         Rs.1000/-
The Application received after the due date will not be considered.
The Candidate who  has a shortage of attendance and a shortage of Internal Assessment is not eligible(wherever applicable) to write the examination

All applicable students are requested to apply for the same in this form to receive the examination hall tickets. The last date for applying for examination is 04.07.2020, 5:00 PM
