UGC Internship Application 
To apply for an internship with Urban Growers Collective, please complete the questions within this application to the best of your ability. 

Requirements:
  • 18 and up (this internship is primarily geared towards college-aged students, or those seeking a career shift)
  • Ability to commit to at least 3 working days per week, for a program length of 10 weeks.
  • Interest and passion for learning about urban agriculture and food access topics!

Application Timeline:
Applications for all seasonal internships are accepted on a rolling basis. Absolute final due dates for application acceptance are listed below.
  • CLOSED Spring Application Due Date: March 1st, 2024
  • Summer Application Due Date: May 3rd
  • Fall Application Due Date: August 2nd
Program Details:
Each internship lasts for 10 weeks and are divided seasonally as Spring, Summer, and Fall programs. The dates for each program are listed below. Applicants are required to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Spring Program: April 2nd, 2024 - June 8th, 2024
  • Summer Program: June 18th, 2024 - August 31st, 2024
  • Fall Program: September 10th, 2024 - November 16th, 2024
Beyond annual intern programs, Urban Growers Collective offers a scaffolded 3 year program dedicated to individual growth and career development. Interns are not required to commit to the full three years, and may opt into a single program session.

Stipend Eligibility:

Applicants for UGC internships are asked to indicate they are require a "Needs-Based Stipend" in order to participate in the internship program. A follow up questionnaire will be issued after an individual's application has been submitted to gather eligibility information.
