TOKYO SANDBOXとは?
TOKYO SANDBOXは毎年100タイトル以上のインディーゲームを展示するインディーゲームイベントです。
「TOKYO SANDBOX」の出展申し込みに条件はありますか？
出展できるのは60名以下の独立系のゲーム開発会社（非子会社）やゲーム開発チームです。
学校や学生チームの申し込みも可能です。
出展申し込み締め切りはいつですか？
5月10日が申し込み締め切りとなります。
出展および参加に費用はかかりますか？「TOKYO SANDBOX」 の出展料は2万円（税込２万２千円）です。
*こちらは会場のレンタル費用の相殺に使用されるため払い戻しはできません。
出展費用の支払期限出展費用の支払期限は当選の案内メールが届いてから7営業日以内にお支払いください。
出展者パスは何枚もらえますか？各出展者には参加パスを2枚お渡しします。それ以上必要な場合は一般入場料（大人2,000円・学生1,000円）をお願いします。
1つ以上のテーブルを取得できますか？
スペースに限りがございますので、各出展者様2テーブルまでとさせていただきます。それ以上必要な場合は、コメント欄にてお知らせください。
出展が認められたかどうかは、いつ分かりますか？
送信後48時間以内に確認メールを送信する予定です。
出展内容に制限はありますか？
「TOKYO SANDBOX」 は未成年の方やご家族も来場されますので、アダルト専用ゲームやアダルト向けの内容を含むゲームは出展できません。
会場ではインターネット環境が提供されますか？
大変申し訳ございませんが今回の会場にはインターネット環境がございません。
恐れ入りますが出展者の皆様各自でポータブルWi-Fiなどをご用意して頂く形になります。
タイトル資産およびIPについて
出展者の皆様はあらかじめ出展予定のタイトルの資産とIPをご自分で所有している必要があります（オリジナル作品）。（2次創作ゲームの応募は受け付けておりません。）
出展ブースのサイズ
ブースは 2m x 0.5m の長テーブルです。フロアスタンド式にバナーなどを設置することはできますのでオススメです。
*参加者は、個人情報を提出してTOKYO SANDBOXに参加し、そのサービスを利用することにより、本規約および
プライバシーポリシーに同意し、また、他の出展者、スポンサー、その他のイベントに関わるパートナーを含むがこれらに限定されない第三者に、参加者の個人情報を共有することに同意したものとみなします。

What is TOKYO SANDBOX?
It is an indie game show featuring 100 indie game creators, and hosting up to 1200 visitors.
Who can apply?
Any independent game company (non-subsidiary) or teams, from anywhere in the world, of up to 60 employees can apply to exhibit.
When is the submission deadline?
Otherwise, the deadline for submission is May 10
When would I know if I have been approved to exhibit my game?
We plan to send confirmation emails within 48hrs of submission
Is there a cost to attend?
The submission is free but not guaranteed. If accepted, it would cost ￥22,000(inc.tax) to exhibit at the game show. This would help offset our venue costs and is non-refundable.
When would we need to pay?
Once you receive the acceptance email from us, please send your exhibitor's fee by bank transfer within one week after you receive the confirmation email.
Payment total: JPY 22,000 (JPY 20,000 + JPY 2,000 tax per table)*This is the price for 1 table booth only.
Do I have to be physically present to attend?
We require at least 1 developer to be at the event. If you cannot attend but would like to join, please express your interest, we may be able to provide options.
Can I get more than 1 table?
We are limiting to max of 2 tables per exhibitor due to limited space available. If you need more, please inform us on the comments.
Is there any content that is disallowed?We are a family event so we cannot accept adult games or any content that is restricted as "Adults Only." The organizers reserve the right to make a final judgment call.
Will internet connection be provided?No. Exhibitors are should bring their own portable wifi.
Assets and IPExhibitors must own the IP and assets that they plan to exhibit at our show.
How much space would be provided?This is a 2m wide, 0.5m deep table with seats. There will be enough space for you to have floor banners, which can be placed behind your desk.
