Coty Marine, is not responsible for loss or theft of any kind, mold, mildew, or other damages incurred during storage. We strongly suggest that you remove all canvas, cushions, electronics (if not permanently mounted) fishing gear and other personal belongings. I authorize the above listed service work to be done along with the necessary materials. I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Spring Contract 2024. Upon completion of Spring Services, Coty Marine may charge the balance on the CC listed below . Photo-copy of Driver’s License required for all credit card transactions via fax/phone. By providing this information you are agreeing and signing that you are allowing Coty Marine to do the work you described above and allowing to charge your credit card provided. Please answer below with payment information, without payment information your boat will not be worked on.
