Dear Parents/Guardians,

It is that time again!  Our elementary and intermediate school music programs in Forney ISD are joining together to form the Forney ISD All City Choir.  Students participating in the choir will be selected through campus auditions. Each elementary and intermediate campus is inviting their 4th through 6th grade students who love to sing to try out for the choir. Students who are selected from their home campuses will then come together for rehearsals at Jackson Middle School/Rhodes Intermediate. The choir will perform this Spring at the Performing Arts Center at Forney High School.  

Please fill out the following form by Friday, January 21st for your student to take part in campus auditions and be considered for the All City Choir. Elementary auditions will take place on your home campus the week of January 31st.  

Responsibilities of All City Choir Members Families, if selected:

*Must attend ALL rehearsals at Jackson MS/Rhodes Intermediate

*Should maintain passing grades (70 and above) in all subjects
*Must be self-disciplined, and self-controlled in all situations both at school, at rehearsals, and at performances
*Are responsible for all transportation to and from all choir events
*Are responsible for a $30 tuition fee due upon acceptance.  Fee covers all expenses per student.
