Bob and Carl Show Holiday Music Assembly - 'Opt Out' here - Masks required

Event Info:
Wednesday, December 22nd PM
- An assembly style gathering with holiday music performed by a two man-band, Bob and Carl.
- Grade levels will be broken into two sessions. Students will sit with their homeroom class. Social distancing between classes is not likely.
- Masks must be worn at all times during the assembly. Masks will be provided for those students that do not have one.
- Parents have the option to 'opt out' their child(ren) by submitting the form below. Students that do not attend, will gather with a Salk staff member and participate in a holiday activity.
