tales that tethr Form
We're so excited that you want to share your story with us! By demonstrating courage and vulnerability, you're leading the way for other men in need of openness in their lives. Please take a look at a completed Tales That Tethr (find them at tethr.men/content) to get a sense for how we format them.

We've included some questions below to guide your story. As you know, this community is built on peer-support, so we're particularly interested in the role that has played in your life.

Share as much or as little as you'd like, all questions are optional. Please refrain from any kind of promotion. As in the app, no politics, sexual content, or promotion of self-harm/harming others. We trust that you will be respectful in sharing your story: please do not name others who may not want to be publically included.

When we receive your story, we'll get to work formatting and lightly editing it (for grammar) before we share the story on our site and in the app. We typically publish a quote from the story on social media as well. In the meantime, you can reach out to community@tethr.men with any questions or concerns.

Let's start with a tethr one word check in... How are you feeling in one word. 1) Physically 2) Mentally 3) Emotionally
When you think of your mental health or wellbeing journey, what stands out to you as a defining moment (this might mean a turning point or a period of struggle and change)?
Looking back on that time, what advice would you give your younger self?
What support did you find most helpful from family/friends during this time? What's the best piece of advice or wisdom you have ever received? If you didn't feel adequately supported, what would have been helpful?
In addition to peer support,  what has helped you most in your mental health journey? What's one thing you wouldn't change about your journey? What's one thing you still do to change your state when you are struggling?
Have you been able to support others who are overcoming similar obstacles? If so, what was that experience like for you?
What is your personal definition of peer support? What do you have to say about tethr to those considering joining the community?
Do you support any mental health charities or programs ?
What does the orange tethr circle mean to you?
Let's check out, after sharing - how are you feeling in one word: mentally, physically, emotionally?
If you have participated in the tethrPODS program , please tell us how you would describe the experience to another man who is interested?
