This application form is for City of York schools wishing to apply for financial support or provision from York Music Hub towards their Whole Class Ensemble Teaching (WCET) provision in 2024-25 (September 2024 to July 2025). 
You can also use this form to request subsidised hire of instruments or if you are looking to find provision for your school.
