Complete this form to submit your order for Kwik Trip cards.  Cards can be used for purchasing gas as well as items in store. Order must be received by 8:00 pm on Monday, February 5th. Payment is required at pick up of cards which is anticipated to be a couple of night during the week of February 12-16th - specific times will be provided once cards are ordered to ensure their arrival.
